Billing and cancellation

Sign in and use Manage billing in your workspace to open the Stripe billing portal. For an email billing request, include your account email and invoice identifier, if available. Do not include payment-card details or a sign-in link.

For your first subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of starting it. Renewals and partial months are not automatically refunded; billing errors are reviewed separately. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Report a source issue

Include the GrantAtlas record URL, the original source URL and the information you believe needs correction. Funding agencies control eligibility and awards; GrantAtlas cannot approve an application or award funding.
