Information used by the service

We use your email address and account identifier for sign-in. Your workspace can store an organization name, applicant type, topics, saved searches and saved opportunities that you provide. We store subscription identifiers, plan identifiers, subscription status and service-period dates to determine access.

The service records basic usage events, such as visits to search, pricing and workspace pages, checkout activity and subscription updates. These records contain the event type, page path and, when available, an account identifier. The usage-event feature does not send search-query text or the full referring URL. Search terms can still appear in page request URLs processed by our hosting providers.

Service providers and cookies

Supabase provides account authentication and database storage. A shared sign-in account can serve multiple Loopline database products, while subscriptions and private workspace access are checked separately for each product. Authentication cookies keep your session signed in.

Stripe hosts payment and billing-portal pages and processes payment details. GrantAtlas’s payment forms do not collect or store full payment-card numbers. Netlify hosts the website. Pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which causes your browser to connect to that provider. These providers process connection and service information under their own policies.

Public research data

Funding records and historical disclosures are obtained from identified public sources. Historical recipient and organization information is separate from private account workspace data. Source links and provenance help you check or report a record.

Retention and requests

Account, workspace and billing records support the service, access control and billing administration. We do not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your account information. Requests are handled manually, and information needed for billing, security or applicable legal requirements may need to be retained.
