About this opportunity

PUA/UI fraud crimes are violations of Cal. Unemp. Ins. Code §§ 2101 and 2114; Cal. Penal Code §§487, 496, and 530.5; or any fraud offenses relating to COVID-19 pandemic-related insurance programs administered by the California Employment Development Department (EDD), or the U.S. Department of Labor.
